Learning Outcomes:
By the end of day 2, you have
- got to know and worked with various methods of individual reflection,
- practiced sharing and ‘hearing others into speech’ to deepen your own understanding of your professional and personal values and goals,
- reflected on what is important to you as an early-career researcher, and
- started to define which steps you want to take on your journey as a researcher.
Methodik: In this live online workshop, we work with mini inputs, individual reflection, creative writing, circles of trust, powerful questions, and ambulant reflection.
Evaluation note: In this workshop an evaluation will take place.
