CaMS and PSSO unavailable from April 14 to April 17, 2026
During the downtime, the following services cannot be offered:
Student and Examination Services
The Student and Examination Services teams will not have access to the systems during the downtime. Therefore, requests cannot be processed, including:
- Registering exam results
- Issuing transcripts of records
- Issuing replacement TAN lists
PSSO: Online Student and Examination Services
PSSO will not be available during the entire period. All services are affected, including:
- Registering for and withdrawing from examinations
- Transcripts of records
- Generating TAN lists
- Viewing the status of exam registrations
For some degree programs, examination management is already handled via CaMS. Students in these programs are generally only affected by the PSSO downtime if they manage examinations outside their own program via PSSO.
CaMS: campus management system
CaMS will also not be available during the downtime. All services are affected, including:
- Certificates of enrollment and BAföG certificates
- Changes to address and contact information
- Information on re-registration status
- Applications and requests, including leave of absence or disenrollment
- Access to confirmations and certificates
For degree programs whose examination management is already handled in CaMS, examination-related functions will also not be available, including:
- Registration for and withdrawal from examinations
- Viewing exam results
- Overview of registered examinations
- Access to transcripts of records and examination status
