CaMS and PSSO will be unavailable from November 3 until November 16, 2025
From November 3 until November 16, 2025, the campus management system (CaMS) and the Online Examination and Student Services (PSSO) will be unavailable due to an extensive system update and scheduled maintenance.
During this time, the following services cannot be offered:
Student and Examination Services
All information and modification requests carried out by the Offices of Student Services, such as:
- Registering exam results
- Issuing transcripts of records
- Issuing replacement TAN lists
PSSO: Online Student and Examination Services
All services are affected, including:
- Registering for and withdrawing from examinations
- Transcripts of records
- Generating TAN lists
- Viewing the status of exam registrations
CaMS: campus management system (CaMS)
All services are affected, including:
- Certificates of enrollment and BAFöG certificates
- Change of address and/or contact information
- Information on re-registration status
- Applications for a leave of absence
- Requests for disenrollment

Please complete all important tasks before November 3, 2025.
In addition to the scheduled maintenance, this extended downtime will be used for the technical implementation of the new examination management feature into CaMS.
Once the system update is complete, the new feature will be available for the first of five program clusters. This means that the majority of students will not be affected at this point, i.e. registrations for examinations, viewing grades and entering exam results will still be handled in PSSO.
Students whose programs are part of the first cluster will start using CaMS for their examination management as of November 16, 2025. They will be notified separately and will receive all relevant information regarding the switch from PSSO to CaMS in due time.
