Maintentance of student and examination administration systems

From April 12 to 16, 2021 TH Köln’s student and examination administration systems will be unavailable due to a system update.

During this time, the following services cannot be offered:

Office of Student and Examination Services
All information and modification requests carried out by employees of the Office of Student Services, such as:

  • Registration for and withdrawal from examinations
  • Registration of exam results
  • Issuing replacement TAN lists
  • Issuing Certificates of Enrollment and Transcripts of Records

Online Student and Examination Services (PSSO)
All services, e.g.:

  • Registration for and withdrawal from examinations
  • Generating Certificates of Enrollment and Transcripts of Records
  • Address updates
  • Generating TAN lists

The next system maintenance is scheduled to take place in May 2021.
