NEW in November 2025: Examination management in CaMS

In mid-November, the new examination management feature will be added to CaMS, ready to use for the first of five program clusters.

From then on, CaMS can also be used for:

  • Registration for and deregistration from examinations
  • Overview of all grades
  • Transcript of records
  • Confirmations

In November, we will provide step-by-step instructions for all important functions that you will need to manage your examinations in CaMS.

The examination management in CaMS is being rolled out in clusters – When is my program affected?

The new feature is being rolled out step by step. All programs at TH Köln were grouped into clusters based on subject-related, organizational and technical similarities to ensure an efficient and smooth transition.

In November 2025, the first program cluster will start using the examination management feature in CaMS. Over the next few years, a further cluster will switch to the new examination management each year.

For all programs that have not made the switch yet, PSSO will remain the place to manage all examination-related matters.
