Information regarding dates of exams, registration deadlines and inspection of written exams
Examination Periods
The ITMK has two fixed examination periods each year: one each after the end of lectures of the winter and summer semester. Please find the exact dates in the overview of semester dates.
Admissible Examination Aids
Bachelor's programs
The respective lecturers decide which examination aids are admissible during their exams.
Erasmus+ and AEL incomings
Erasmus+ and AEL incomings are allowed to use dictionaries from and into their mother tongue in all non-language related exams.
Master's programs
The respective lecturers decide which examination aids are admissible during their exams.
Grades
Examiners have six weeks starting with the date of the examination to mark the exam and submit the grades. The grades are then forwarded to the Office of Student and Examination Services where they are uploaded to PSSO (Office of Student and Examination Services' online platform).

We kindly ask that you refrain from contacting the examiner to enquire about your grade before the end of this six-week period.
