The introductory session will be held by Prof. Kronberger on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in room ZW8-3.

The approval of elective courses 1–3 is carried out in accordance with the rules set out in the examination regulations. These can be found in the module handbook of your examination regulations under “7. Elective Catalogues.” Here, you will also find a list of already recognised elective modules. If you would like to have a subject that is not yet listed recognised as an elective, please contact your academic advisor or the Examination Board (pruefungsausschuss-f07@th-koeln.de) well in advance of the start of the semester. If direct registration via PSSO is not possible, please send an email to the Student and Examination Services (Studium-Deutz@th-koeln.de).

After you have passed a module outside your degree programme that has been included in the elective catalogue, please contact the Student and Examination Services for recognition. The module will then be recorded on your transcript and the ECTS credits will be credited.

ILIAS is the official E-learning platform of the TH Köln. You will get the course password in the Introductory session for freshmen in MCSN or from your academic advisor.
