  • Change 4.0 Structure - Dialogue-oriented prototyping for smart further education (2020 - 2021)
    Research project funded by the Stifterverband and the Daimler Fund "Smart Qualified". The project "Change 4.0structure-Dialogue-oriented Prototyping for Smart Further Qualification" addresses the challenges of structural change (Change) and will offer an innovative structuring aid (structure) for the digital challenges (4.0) for employees in the region through demand-oriented offer formats. This goal is to be achieved by identifying needs and forms of provision in a reciprocal dialogue-oriented development relationship with selected target groups and developing and testing prototypes in the form of learning nuggets for later learning paths.
