Registration form for "Working@TH Köln - Experience Academia"

As part of the project PLan_CV, the Career Service is offering a measure called “Working@TH Köln – Experience Academia” (Wissenschaft erleben). This opportunity for Bachelor’s students is designed to generate enthusiasm and motivation for an academic career.

You have the opportunity to employ a student for 3 to 5 months as part of an SHK contract financed by PLan_CV funds, to accompany them and to inspire them for an academic career. "Working @ TH Köln" is committed to increasing diversity in science. We would therefore particularly like to consider applications from diverse students.

Registration

To register, please complete the following form from the Career Service. We will review it to determine whether you are eligible for PLan-CV financing. Please note that once financing is approved by the Career Service, the actual request is processed as usual by the university’s Department of Human Resources – Assistant Team. It will take about 4 weeks before the student assistant is officially hired.

You will provide your data by entering it on the input screen; it is processed internally by TH Köln for this purpose (preparing and administering the student assistant position/financing), and it may be shared with other university institutions for administrative purposes. The data is not shared with third parties. The legal basis for processing your data, where you have provided consent, is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. Your data will be erased as soon as the purpose for which it was collected no longer applies. You have the right to obtain rectification or erasure of stored data concerning you at any time. The controller in this case is: career-service@th-koeln.de.
