Registration for the Welcome-Event for International Students

Thank you for your interest in our Welcome-Event.

On this website, we offer you the opportunity to register for the Welcome-Event of the Department of International Affairs for International Students.

Please note: This event is open only to registered international students who start studying at TH Köln in September 2026.

Registration is open from September 1 through September 21, 2026, or until the maximum number of participants is reached. We will send you a confirmation of your registration.

Important: Admission to the event is granted only with a valid MultiCa and a confirmed registration. Please be sure to bring your card with you. Once the maximum number of 250 participants has been reached, admission will be closed—even for those whose registration has been confirmed.

Photographs and videos will be taken during this event by an external photographer and employees of the Department of International Affairs, who will be identifiable by their name tags and/or cameras. The photo and video material will be published on the university's websites and social media channels (Instagram, Linkedin).

Your participation in the event constitutes your consent to the use of the material. However, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, please send an e-mail to international-degree-seekings@th-koeln.de.
