Simply fill in your personal details into the input mask. This data will only be processed at TH Köln for the purpose of an application for a scholarship for guest scholars affected by the war against Ukraine. The data is used by the Department of International Affairs to evaluate your request and to provide administrative support for your application and possibly your scholarship. They are stored for statistical purposes and anonymized before being archived. The data is passed on to external third parties (e.g., German Academic Exchange Service) within the framework of providing administrative support. The data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of its collection is no longer relevant.

Legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR, provided you have given your consent. If you do not complete or submit this form, you will not be able to apply for the scholarship.

A tax identification number (IdNr or also tax ID) is assigned to each person who is registered a primary place of residence or sole residence in a civil registry in Germany. It was sent to you by letter from the Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt) after your initial registration with the city.

The IdNr consists of 11 digits and is valid for life.

If you do not know your number, you can ask to be notified again. This is only possible by post and can take up to 4 weeks.


The tax office responsible for you is determined by your registration address (the address you registered at the Residents' Registration Office).
