Admission Requirements

University degree

Successful applicants must hold a university degree in “Digital Games” or in a comparable field. The degree must equal at least 210 ECTS credits.

Applicants who have obtained 180 ETCS credits in a six-semester program may only be offered conditional admission. Those students are required to obtain additional 30 ECTS credits while enrolled in the Master's program. Recogntion of previous professional or academic achievements is also possible.

Applicants with degrees obtained outside of Germany please consider the information on admission requirements and German language skills.

Aptitude test

The language of instruction is English. Applicants demonstrate excellent English language proficiency in the program related aptitude test.

- international applicants without a first-cycle degree from a German university but with a first-cycle degree in a field related to the Master’s program from a university outside of Germany.
