Feedback Management

TH Köln's feedback management provides not only students, but also other groups such as prospective students, alumni, faculty members or administration staff, with a tool to submit feedback via one central hub.

Every piece of feedback, be it a suggestion, complaint, question or praise, will be carefully examined. Together with the department(s) concerned, we will handle every case individually.

Our goal is to identify areas of opportunity in the field of academic affairs, in our organizational structures, and in the services TH Köln offers, and to implement improvements based on feedback.

Evaluation

All feedback we receive is evaluated both qualitatively and quantitatively. The results are published as statistics and reports and are available in German language here.

These reports and statistics provide an overview of the feedback-based development and serve as a source of information for committees, faculties, and institutions to implement measures for improvement.

Meetings With Student Representatives

During our meetings with student representatives, we address many different topics. The meetings are an excellent opportunity to receive both constructive criticism and suggestions for improvement in a face-to-face dialogue. The results of these talks are then implemented in our continuing improvement and development process. The minutes of these talks can be found in German language here.
