Refund of fees
In some cases it is possible to request a refund of your semesterfees (in part or in full). In case of disenrollment, requests are to be submitted within two weeks of the date of disenrollment. The refund form and additional information on fees at TH Köln are available here:

Examination Services
Retake an examination to improve your grade
If you are enrolled in a Bachelor's program you can apply to re-take a passed examination to achieve a better grade. Additional information and the application form are available here:
Registration for the Bachelor's or Master's thesis and final oral examination
Registration forms for Bachelor's and Master's theses are available on your program's website in the section "Forms and Regulations". For some programs, this page is only available in German. In this case, switch to the German site and select "Ordnungen and Formulare".
Recognition of credits
