Change of leadership at DITES – Prof. Dr. Babette Brinkmann heads up the research focus
On September 1st, 2025, there was a change in leadership at DITES: Prof. Dr. Isabel Zorn, who has led the research focus in recent years and has had a significant impact on it with her expertise in the field of digital media in social work, participatory technology design, and inclusion issues, is handing over the reins to Prof. Dr. Babette Brinkmann.
Prof. Dr. Babette Brinkmann, professor of organizational and group psychology, has extensive research and work experience in the fields of science and sustainability communication, sustainability transformation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. With these perspectives, she will bring new impulses to the further development of DITES and build on the successful work of her predecessor.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to Prof. Dr. Isabel Zorn for her outstanding commitment, pioneering projects, and continuous development of DITES under her leadership. At the same time, we are very much looking forward to working with Prof. Dr. Babette Brinkmann, to new ideas, and to exciting projects!
