Language Teacher Training

The Language Learning Center offers introductions to ILU and Speexx as well as other workshops on the use of digital media in foreign language teaching. The trainings are aimed at language teachers at TH Köln, especially at teachers working at the Language Learning Center. Show more

More interaction with TaskCards

With the TaskCards license from TH Köln, instructors can use digital, data protection-compliant bulletin boards. The tool is used in the Language Learning Center and supports the design of language learning courses. It enables the structured provision of materials and promotes active language learning in collaborative teaching and learning scenarios.

The Language Learning Center on ILU

All courses and workshops offered by the Language Learning Center are designed in a blended learning format: Course sessions (on-site or in Zoom) alternate with regular e-learning units on ILU, the ILIAS learning environment of TH Köln. The on-site and e-learning units are of equal value and dovetailed in terms of content and methodology.
