Erasmus+ Outgoing Staff Mobility - Application

Are you an employee at TH Köln and would like to apply for an Erasmus+ KA131 staff mobility?

If so, please fill out the following form and submit it by the deadline.

Application deadline for mobility in the following winter semester: June 1

Application deadline for mobility in the following summer semester: December 1.

Please note that we can only consider applications from employees who have a valid employment contract with TH Köln - University of Applied Sciences or ifs Internationale Filmschule Köln at the time of mobility.

Personal data will be collected and processed as part of your application. Your data will be entered by you into the input mask for your application and processed by TH Köln for this purpose – application and selection for Erasmus+ staff mobility. The data entered is mandatory information required for staff mobility administration. If you are selected, personal data will be forwarded to the National Agency DAAD and the EU Commission via the EU Commission's Beneficiary Module. The data will be forwarded for the purpose of monitoring the implementation of the Erasmus+ program at TH Köln. The data forwarded may only be used by third parties for the purposes stated.

The legal basis for the collection and processing of your personal data is Art. 6 (1) (e) and (3) (b) GDPR. If you do not complete or submit this form, we will not be able to consider you for Erasmus+ staff mobility.

You have the possibility to change and/or delete your personal data at any time. Responsible for this data processing is: international-scholars@th-koeln.de.
