Ecosystems for innovation in social work

In the context of social work, new innovation formats have emerged in recent years that focus on collaboration between different actors for innovation processes and have been researched in the DITES project.

The aim of the DITES research project “Ecosystems for Innovation in Social Work: Cross-Organizational and Cross-Sector Perspectives” was to conduct theoretical and empirical research into the perspectives and interests of different stakeholder groups in mediatized living and working environments with regard to the targeted initiation of innovation processes as open innovation concepts in the context of social work in Germany. The focus of interest was on the areas of tension and scope for action that arise between the different stakeholder groups and perspectives.
